How do I install Lazy Summaries on my Squarespace site?
After purchasing, you receive a .txt file. Paste the code into your site's Footer Injection (Business plan or higher), refresh the editor, and a Lazy Settings tab appears inside each Summary block's settings. On a Personal plan, use a Markdown block in the footer as a workaround. The install is one-time per website, not a subscription.
Steps
- Purchase Lazy Summaries and receive the .txt code file.
- Paste the code into Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Footer (Business plan or higher).
- Refresh the Squarespace editor.
- Open a Summary block — a Lazy Settings tab now appears in its settings (Squarewebsites).
Personal plan workaround
On a Personal plan without sitewide Code Injection, paste the code into a Markdown block placed in the footer. This is a workaround that Squarespace may remove (Squarewebsites).
Licensing
The install is one-time per website and not a recurring subscription (Squarewebsites).
