Why isn't my Squarespace filter working?
Common causes are the code snippet not pasted in the correct injection location, the source collection not matching the filter's target, the roughly 10-minute client-side cache, or running on a Personal plan where sitewide Code Injection is unavailable. Verify the snippet is in Code Injection (Business plan) or a Code Block, and that the collection type is supported.
Check installation
Universal Filter installs by pasting the provided snippet via Code Injection on Business plans and above, or a Code Block or Markdown block on Personal plans (plugins hub). Confirm the snippet is in the right place and that the page is published.
Plan, cache, and limits
Filtering runs client-side in the browser, and the plugin keeps a roughly 10-minute cache, so changes can take a few minutes to appear (Squarewebsites). Very large item counts can slow the page. For deeper help, paid support is available at $30/hr for installation and configuration or $65/hr for advanced coding (Squarewebsites FAQ).
